I love my galaxy fit. Have everything what I want. I control music.I can check heart rate,steps,weather and have a battery for 6 or 7 days. And the last thing,it is charging so easy,wireless charging!!!

gear fit 2/ pro always better than galaxy fit, it is a down grade for two reasons, 1 it's price is cheaper, 2 the gear fit 2/pro is better

How accurate is galaxy fit’s auto activity tracking
This device has one BIG problem: after working for about two months the
device stop to charge. It shows a light bolt icon for half a second –
and that's it. I bought two of these devices – both with the same issue.
A short dig on google shows that I am not the only one with this
problem. Changing the battery with new on I found online gave the same
thing. It is as if the device is designed to work for few months and
then to die. buy buy $400.
You can't compere these trackers
I used my gear fit 2 that came with the promo back in 2014-2015. I got 2 free with the galaxy s7 edge deal. Suddenly the one I was wearing stopped charging forever. This was within a few months and I took great care of it.
I ended up throwing it away thinking it was garbage if they were just giving it away for free like that. I expected it had outlived it's designed life expectancy and they would sharply decline on price from $129. They have remained near that same price even for used models…?
This makes no sense to me since it's been at least 4 years and newer models should have pushed this price much lower. Any ideas when it will match its price with true value? I know these things are made for close to $15 and I know many people literally throw the old models in their forgotten electronics drawers at home. I don't need this to be fancy and I hate wearing watches but always wore this.
I was wondering which one to buy and I think I’m going to get the fit and not the fit 2 cuz 100 extra for not much more is not worth it.

It sounds like the Gear Fit 2 overall is the better choice. More versatility overall seems to push it to the top on this comparison.
Personally, I am a fan of the more complete capabilities of the Galaxy Watch but I'm glad these fitness oriented bands exist for people who are looking for a more physically small and focused device.
