The SAMSUNG HEALTH APP in 2020 | In-Depth Review/Tutorial | WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

So, here is what you should know about the new Samsung Health App in 2020! This is a very thorough review/tutorial for all of those looking to make use of Samsung Health and get healthy! Samsung has done a wonderful job revamping the Samsung Health App to be much more competitive when it comes to tracking health. A few years ago, I emailed the developers through the Play Store and told them I would no longer be using Samsung Health because of how basic it was. A couple of years later and some of the very features that I recommended have been made available! I am very proud of Samsung for their hard work and dedication towards making Samsung Health legit! Samsung has come a long way since S Health! Samsung Health should be at the top of the list of fitness apps for free!

There’s step tracking, food tracking, sleeping tracking, stress tracking, heart rate tracking, caffeine tracking, and so much more! Not to mention the bevy of workout programs and routines to help attain a greater level of health.

Also, be sure to check out the promotions page within the discover tab to receive six months of Calm Premium for free! Calm is a mental health app with a slew of meditation, sleep, and calming sounds, including sleep stories and much more!

I sync my samsung galaxy watch to s health app. I see the dialy data and when I want to see monthly data, it always says avg data for steps, distance, calories etc. How do I see the actual accumulated data for say a month or week etc. Thanks.

My step tracker doesn't work at all. It always displays zero. Is there something specific I need to do or enable to get it to track? I've tried everything short or favtory reseting the phone.

I still keep my old Galaxy Icon X because the health tracking on those things is still second to none. When Sammy got rid of that oxygen reader they used to have on their flagships, i found that the Icons do the same job almost as well

    Hi ..
    Such a great video.
The sleep pattern u showed was in depth as fit bit does , which was a major difference between the two. Does this detailed sleep data output depend on the tracker we use ? Or same with any kind . even its a fit 2 pro or some galaxy gear s3

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note9. It has a sensor to read your heart rate, and measure oxygen levels. I have purposely kept a very old version on my device even though I have the most recent One UI 2.1 I kept version 6.4.0.047. It was the last version that still recorded oxygen levels. I downloaded from APK pure. I turn off auto update and I keep that version till this phone has run out its clock. And awesome video on the new version. Very informative!! ❤😊😊❤

    Awesome video.

    Question to all out there:
In my Excercise Widget (Android App) there are workouts like Squash, Tennis, Aerobics and many more.

Now, why don't they appear on my watch? Even if I mark them as favourite with a star….

So disappointing and I just don't understand why would Samsung put those workouts in the Android Health App but not let you track those activities with your watch?

No one is going to bring his cell phone to a Tennis or Squash workout….

    Any ideas anyone?
